When you are seated at Piero's, your senses begin to indulge themselves
into a euphoric surrealism. With the vibrant paintings against a dark
Tuscan theme, and the aroma of fresh herbs and spices straight from the
open kitchen, your eyes begin to gaze about the room and finally
focusing your attention on the kitchen itself. In the kitchen you will
notice a chef like no other, Marco Trimarchi. Marco has been creating
some of the most unique and innovative dishes in Northeast Arkansas.
Marco's cultural influences include but are not limited to
Mediterranean, American Continental, and Pacific Rim styles and
flavors. As an artist, Marco's canvas is the
kitchen and the entrees he serves.
Piero's current location was opened in 2001. Piero and his wife Sara
had been traveling the world in a pursuit of passion for the arts.
Piero had his own art gallery while Sara had been practicing
photography. In 2000 they began to plan for a new restaurant which
would also serve as an art gallery.
