"My style is breaking tradition while staying with it." - Marco Trimarchi
Marco Trimarchi | When you are seated at Piero's, your senses begin to indulge themselves
into a euphoric surrealism. With the vibrant paintings against a dark
Tuscan theme, and the aroma of fresh herbs and spices straight from the
open kitchen, your eyes begin to gaze about the room and finally
focusing your attention on the kitchen itself. In the kitchen you will
notice a chef like no other, Marco Trimarchi. Marco has been creating
some of the most unique and innovative dishes in Northeast Arkansas.
Marco's cultural influences include but are not limited to
Mediterranean, American Continental, and Pacific Rim styles and
flavors. As an artist, Marco's canvas is the
kitchen and the entrees he serves. | | "Food should be an experience. It should be mind altering; changing. There are no 'new' foods. Foods are
basically the same ingredients prepared in different ways. To create an
original entertaining experience is what makes food unique." - Marco TrimarchiWith an authentic blend of art, flavor, and textures, he likes to entertain his guests by allowing them to experience his style first hand. Dishes are served up with practical garnishing and several layers of flavor, texture, and cultural influences. Desserts are served with individual style and delectable flavors. "I cook food that makes people feel good. It's like when your
mother would make your favorite dish or peanut butter and jelly
sandwiches. That's what I do for the people I'm around." - Marco Trimarchi Marco likes to make his guests feel comfortable and at home by using practical techniques with an artistic flair. His concept of breaking tradition while staying with it allows guests to identify with the food while also trying something a little different. Piero's atmosphere, open kitchen, and fine entrees make a dining experience that is extraordinary. With Marco in the kitchen you are sure to leave the restaurant with a smile on your face. |
